Turkey Roasting Instructions
Remove giblets & neck from turkey, rinse.
Stuff loosely with cooled dressing. Season with salt, pepper,
etc. if desired. If roasting in open pan, loosely tent breast
with foil until last hour of roasting. Let turkey stand 20
minutes before carving.

Note: Pan size and oven space, as well as oven accuracy
influence roasting times.
Covered pan roasting decreases
cooking time.
If using a cooking bag, follow
manufacturer's directions.
Use the above chart as a reference
only.
Please test for doneness with a meat thermometer in the
deepest part of the breast (175 degrees)* or thigh (180 degrees).
Stuffing temperature should reach 165 degrees. Begin checking
for doneness 30 minutes prior toanticipated finish.
*The USDA guideline for food safety is 170 degrees ~ we prefer 175.
