Smoked Cheese
Our Smoked Cheeses are full of Hickory Smoked Flavor - added the old fashioned way by placing blocks of cheese in our smoke house for hours. The cheese absorbs the smokey flavor, while retaining it's own ~ creating a wonderful blend. Currently we offer Swiss, Provolone, Cheddar, Horseradish, Onion, Longhorn & Pepper Jack. Add some to your favorite burger, sandwich, salad or cracker tray.
